Split Cane

Split cane is made from round cane which has been split in half. Available in sizes from about 7mm to about 16mm wide, it is used for slats and straps in cane furniture, and for making large and sturdy baskets. Be careful with split cane as the edges can be very sharp. We advise you sand the edges before use.
